About The Role
We’re looking for our first Digital Marketing Lead to own and scale our digital presence across web, social, email, paid media, and analytics. This role sits at the center of how we show up online. You’ll be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing digital experiences and distribution, with a strong focus on social and email as core growth and engagement channels. You should be equally comfortable shipping a blog post, running paid campaigns, analyzing performance, and engaging directly with our deeply technical audience.
What You’ll Do
Social Media & Community
Own day-to-day management of social channels (X, LinkedIn, others as relevant)
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, X, and other channels
Write, publish, and optimize posts that drive reach, engagement, and credibility
Actively engage with the community: replies, comments, DMs, and conversations
Identify and capitalize on timely moments, conversations, and trends
Manage social calendar while staying flexible to real-time opportunities
Track performance and continuously refine what works
Email Marketing
Own newsletter strategy and execution (announcements, blogs, research, updates)
Write, build, and send emails that are clear, compelling, and on‑brand
Web & CMS (Core Surface)
Own website updates and blog publishing (CMS‑driven)
Ensure blog posts and landing pages are cleanly formatted, performant, and aligned with brand
Partner with design to improve UX and conversion
Maintain site hygiene: QA, responsiveness, SEO/AEO best practices (metadata, structure, internal linking)
Analytics & Performance
Own digital performance tracking across web, social, email, and paid
Build dashboards and surface actionable insights
Use data to inform strategy and prioritization
What You Bring
5–7+ years in digital marketing, growth, or content distribution roles
Strong track record of owning and growing social and email channels
Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Contentful, etc.)
Hands‑on experience with paid media campaigns
Deep familiarity with analytics and performance tracking
Strong writing instincts across formats (social, email, web)
High agency and a bias toward shipping
Tools & Systems
CMS: Webflow, WordPress, Contentful
Email: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Customer.io, or similar
Social: Native platforms, scheduling tools (Hypefury, Sprout, Buffer, etc.)
Analytics: GA4, native social/email analytics, Looker/Mixpanel
Paid Media: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, X, Meta
SEO: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console
