Responsibilities
The Process / Production Engineer will monitor and improve performance of production processes in the Production Units.
Identify production related issues and generate appropriate continuous improvement strategies.
Analyze data, handle investigations and provide troubleshooting for productivity, quality and equipment issues, etc.
Handle process improvement related projects.
Correlate final product quality to production processing data.
Track production yields and perform mass balances.
Utilize RCA, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) tools.
Relocation provided. $100K-$115K.
Qualifications
The Production Engineer / Process Engineer will have a BS degree in chemical engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process engineering.
Strong understanding of chemical processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in chemical manufacturing.
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
