OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Influencer Marketing Assistant to support the execution of influencer partnerships, product seeding, and cross‑functional marketing initiatives. This entry‑level role will play a key part in coordinating logistics, managing product orders, and supporting influencer onboarding, acting as a central connector across internal teams and external partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Influencer & Partner Support

Assist with onboarding new influencer partners, including collecting required documentation and supporting setup in payment platforms (e.g., Coupa)

Support contract and asset management by organizing and uploading influencer deliverables across internal systems

Help maintain accurate records of influencer information, contracts, and payment status

Product Seeding & Gifting

Manage ongoing product orders for influencers, press, VIPs, and stylists, including placing orders and sharing tracking details

Support daily athlete gifting to maintain relationships and drive organic brand engagement

Assist with larger‑scale gifting initiatives (e.g., press previews), including order coordination and tracking

Logistics & Operations

Own end‑to‑end sample and product order coordination, including placing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery—especially for international destinations

Coordinate global shipping logistics, including documentation, customs clearance, duties/taxes, and resolving delivery issues

Partner closely with warehouses, logistics teams, and external vendors (e.g., hotels, production agencies) to ensure smooth execution of activations and campaigns

Support return shipping and inventory tracking as needed

Booking cars, glam for events and shoots, handling invoices once completed

Tracking & Reporting

Maintain centralized trackers for all product orders, shipments, and sample movements, ensuring real‑time visibility for cross‑functional teams

Assist in updating campaign calendars and activation schedules with relevant logistics information

Cross‑Functional Coordination

Act as a liaison between influencer, experiential, logistics, warehouse, and external partners to support seamless campaign execution

Provide general administrative and project support to the broader marketing and influencer teams

QUALIFICATIONS

0–2 years of experience in marketing, PR, operations, or a related field (internships included)

Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking tools (Excel/Google Sheets)

Interest in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and operations/logistics

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Experience with influencer platforms, shipping/logistics coordination, or payment systems (e.g., Coupa)

Familiarity with international shipping processes and customs documentation

Background or interest in fashion, wellness, or lifestyle industries

The base pay range for this position is $27/hr–$30/hr which represents the current range for the non‑exempt position. Please note that actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed‑upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long‑term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
