Description
As an additive mix operator you must be able to:
Lift bags weighing 50 lbs. to 100 lbs.
Operate a forklift and skid steer (on the job training is available)
Work independently without supervision to accomplish tasks
Attention to detail on product quality
Work diligently to prepare all coatings for color changeover
Basic math skills required
Perform hourly color checks or as needed
Work with peers in a team environment
Work overtime or extra shifts if required
Work safely and report unsafe actions, injuries, and equipment issues to supervisor
