Key Responsibilities
Own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, managing account structure, campaigns, and bidding strategies
Drive profitable scale by balancing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and volume against unit-economics targets
Build and maintain reporting tools to monitor spend pacing, CAC by funnel stage, and payback metrics
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with deep expertise in Google Ads
Experience managing over $1.2 million in annual paid budgets, with a strong understanding of efficiency versus volume trade-offs
Proficient in data analysis, including metrics like CAC, payback, and conversion tracking
Experience with paid social platforms, ideally having launched or relaunched a program
Familiarity with B2C subscription or freemium funnels, including trial-based conversion tracking
