In this role, you will analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to optimize product assortment, pricing, and trade promotion activities. You will act as a key link between Marketing and Sales, ensuring effective execution of in-store initiatives, merchandising excellence, and strong field performance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in accelerating category growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer experience through data-driven insights and seamless cross‑functional collaboration.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESExecute category strategies aligned with overall business goalsAnalyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activitiesManage product assortment, pricing, and promotion strategiesDrive category growth, profitability, and market shareMonitor sales performance and key KPIs (e.g., net revenue, volume tracking)Direct and supervise field teams activities and in‑store implementationsProvide clear guidance and task allocation to the field team and monitor field execution performanceOptimize shelf placement and merchandising strategies (in‑store & online)Manage the design, production, and placement of Point‑of‑Sale Materials (POSM) and ensure high standards of visibility and shelf management (merchandising).Identify opportunities for innovation and category expansionConduct regular business reviews and reportingImprove customer experience through assortment and availability optimizationAnalyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to assess trade plan effectiveness and ROI.Coordinate with distributors and retail partners to ensure smooth implementation of trade initiatives.Assist in planning and tracking trade marketing budgets to maximize cost‑effectiveness.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, trade marketing, or category managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and KPIsProven experience in managing trade promotions, in‑store activations, and merchandising strategiesSolid understanding of pricing, product assortment, and category growth dynamicsExperience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and field teamsStrong project management and organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Fluency in English (both written and spoken)EEO OPPORTUNITIESWe offer equal employment opportunity to qualified individuals without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
