DescriptionMarketing ManagerPosition SummaryHorseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to shape the resort's brand narrative and drive engagement across one of Texas' premier luxury destinations. This role leads integrated marketing and public relations efforts, executes multi-channel campaigns, and partners cross-functionally to support revenue growth, brand visibility, and exceptional guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Campaign ExecutionDevelop and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and on-property channelsLead brand initiatives, including new amenity launches and seasonal promotionsManage campaign lifecycle from strategy and creative direction to launch and performance analysisPublic Relations & Communications Oversee public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and influencer partnershipsMaintain consistent brand voice across all communications and platformsBuild relationships with media partners to enhance brand visibilityDigital & Content Management Manage the resort's digital ecosystem, including website, social media, email marketing, and OTA channelsPartner on content creation, including photo shoots, video production, and storytelling initiativesEnsure brand consistency and optimization across all digital touchpointsExperiential Marketing & Activations Plan and execute on-property activations, events, and brand collaborationsWork cross-functionally with resort teams to deliver high-impact guest experiencesSupport large-scale events and experiential campaignsOperations & Project Management Manage the marketing calendar and prioritize multiple campaigns simultaneouslyOversee creative asset production and external vendor relationshipsCollaborate closely with Revenue Management to align campaigns with business goalsWhat You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred3-5 years of progressive marketing or public relations experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or agency environmentsStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to brand voice and detailProven experience executing integrated campaigns across digital, media, and live eventsStrong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) preferredPassion for hospitality, travel, or destination marketingCore Competencies Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business goals into impactful marketing strategiesCreativity: Brings fresh, innovative ideas to elevate the brandExecution: Delivers high-quality work across multiple projects simultaneouslyCollaboration: Effectively partners with cross-functional teamsCommunication: Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skillsWhy Horseshoe Bay ResortLocated in the Texas Hill Country on the shores of Lake LBJ, Horseshoe Bay Resort is a AAA Four Diamond destination recognized among Condé Nast Traveler's Top Resorts in the Southwest.
