The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to support Kelly+Partners’ continued growth. With 2+ years’ experience, you’ll step into a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can build your skills, contribute ideas, and get hands-on across a diverse range of marketing initiatives.

Position Responsibilities

Support the delivery of local and global B2B and B2C marketing initiatives across a range of channels

Help bring our digital platforms to life, including websites, HubSpot, mobile app and social channels

Coordinate and support campaigns across platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads and Meta

Get hands‑on with content creation, from videos and infographics to landing pages and web content

Assist in producing engaging, on‑brand copy across digital channels, blogs, email campaigns and PR pieces

Help keep the marketing calendar running smoothly and on track

Support campaign reporting and performance tracking, contributing to monthly insights

Get involved in events and internal initiatives, supporting people & culture campaigns across the business

About You

Degree qualified in Marketing, Business or a related discipline

2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role

Proactive, eager to learn and build your career in a growing business

Passionate about marketing, with hands‑on exposure delivering successful campaigns

Confident communicator with strong written skills

A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others, contributing ideas, and supporting shared goals

Highly organised, detail‑oriented and willing to roll up your sleeves

Experience across marketing tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics/Ads, social media platforms, CMS systems, and Canva, Figma or Adobe
