Customer Experience Lead Front End & Training

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Toccoa, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting an exceptional customer experience while overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. You’ll lead by example, engaging with customers, training your team on customer service principles, and ensuring the store is welcoming and organized.
This position requires availability for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and demands strong leadership and organizational skills.
