ELEARNING INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER AND ARTICULATE STORYLINE DEVELOPER
Instructional Designer to create document for Instructor Led Training, Story board for Web Based Training, Communication Flyer/Mailer.
Develop and provide high quality learning products and services within timeframes
Design, develop and implement eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline tool -
Support continuous improvement of learning design to ensure a highly effective and efficient service
Provide expert advice and collaborate with subject matter experts -
Lead and ensure the design.
Experience 8to12yrs

Content Consultant - ' - Bachelors/Masters in English Literature - Bachelors/Masters in Mass Communication
Bachelors of science or Bachelors of Engineering or Technology - Bachelors/Masters in Arts - Bachelors/Masters in Economics '
Leads large to small, complex, and/or innovative content projects
Oversee teams, create solutions, and ensure attracts, develops and retains the best talent in the organization
Work closely with clients, understand their needs, formulate proposed solutions, and manage client relationship
Demonstrates expertise and acts as a reference point in standard content tools. Collaborate with clients and users throughout an iterative process to optimize the strategy, methodology, approach that suits the business as well as user goals.
To apply highly developed specialized knowledge to create and review content.
To provide the 1st level of supervison to the team and focus on mentoring, coaching, and providing feedback and assistance.
