Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule social media content; assist with drafting and editing marketing materials including website copy, press releases, and attorney bios.
Support video editing and digital content creation.
Assist in planning and executing events, including seminars, conferences, and client programs; provide on-site and post-event support.
Support basic graphic design needs by developing and formatting marketing materials, presentations, and pitch documents while maintaining brand consistency.
Assist with the processing, tracking, and reconciliation of marketing invoices, vendor payments, expense reports, and budget-related documentation.
Support proposals, RFP responses, and industry research for business development opportunities.
Maintain CRM systems, mailing lists, and reporting; assist with budget tracking, invoices, and vendor coordination.
Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency in drafting, research, and content development while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools preferred.
Experience with social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms is a plus.
Basic video editing skills and comfort with digital content are preferred.
