Athletics Travel Manager, NCAA Ground Transportation

The Role

The Ground Transportation Account Manager position is primarily responsible for sourcing, contracting, and managing motorcoach transportation needs for the Anthony Travel/On Location NCAA Ground Transportation program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, transportation, and event management, provide outstanding customer service, and be an enthusiastic professional.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Solicit, review, and confirm motorcoach quotes.
Maintain proactive vendor communication.
Manage multiple concurrent trip needs and communications.
Provide 24/7 support during select time periods.
Create excellent collaboration and communication with all partners in the program.
Oversee post‑trip invoice completion and resolve discrepancies.
Perform other duties as needed.
Travel: adapt to work and travel schedule, be available for travel (less than 10% of the time) and extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
Positive attitude with a strong team‑oriented mindset.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, partners, and representing Anthony Travel.
Preferred: 2+ years of experience in operations, travel, or ground transportation environments.
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Hiring rate minimum: $45,000 annually (minimum will not fall below applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds).
Hiring rate maximum: $60,000 annually.
