Marketing and Communications Associate

We are currently hiring a Marketing & Communications Associate to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent client brands professionally through face-to-face customer interactions in retail environments
Communicate product features, services, and promotions clearly and confidently
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions
Collaborate with leadership and team members to stay informed on campaign updates and client goals
Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
Support marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
Maintain accurate records and handle customer information with confidentiality and integrity
Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience and campaign performance
Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, marketing, or other customer-facing roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively
Comfortable learning new systems, technology, and client updates
