Technical Director

1. Serve as primary Front of House engineer for worship services.

2. Oversee and maintain all audio systems, including Dante audio networking.

3. Implement and maintain WAVES integration.

4. Configure, operate, and troubleshoot Allen and Heath Consoles.

5. Oversee video systems for IMAG, livestream, and on-demand viewing.

6. Coordinate with the Creative Director regarding the programming and operation of lighting.

7. Maintain all AVL and broadcasting equipment.

8. Coordinate with Worship Pastor and Creative Director regarding the technical execution of weekly livestream services.

9. Recruit, train, schedule, and shepherd all volunteers for AVL and broadcasting roles.

10. Collaborate with Worship Pastor and Creative Director to support church-wide events.

11. Manage the recording, archiving, and distribution of all worship services.
