Seeking a Lead Gameplay Systems Engineer to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, who will develop and maintain gameplay features and systems focused on player experience, character progression, and creator workflows while mentoring team members.
Key responsibilities

Integrate backend services with the game client using C++
Develop features for games utilizing Unreal Engine
Collaborate with designers to optimize features for a smoother player experience

Required qualifications

Six years of professional experience working on multiplayer games in C++, including recent experience with Unreal Engine
Professional experience leading a team or mentoring less-experienced team members
Background designing gameplay systems for live-service games
Familiarity with various Unreal Engine technologies, such as the Gameplay Ability System and rendering features
Proactive approach to communication and teamwork
