This Is Your Stage
As the on‑property sales leader, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue performance, building a high‑performing team, and positioning your hotel for long‑term success. You’ll lead from the front; owning strategy, strengthening market presence, and delivering results that matter.
What You’ll Lead & Deliver
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with ownership goals and market demand
Drive group, business transient, and catering revenue through proactive prospecting and account management
Analyze market trends, competitive data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and adjust strategy
Lead, mentor, and inspire the on‑property team to exceed revenue goals
Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and community stakeholders
Conduct impactful sales calls, presentations, and site tours to convert high‑value business
Own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with a strong ability in presenting performance to senior leadership and ownership
Ensure brand standards, systems, and sales processes are executed with consistency and excellence
Are You the Leader We’re Looking For?
Experience & Education
5+ years of hotel sales leadership experience
Proven success driving revenue growth in a competitive market
Experience developing annual budgets and strategic sales plans
Comfortable presenting financial performance to senior leadership and ownership
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong business acumen, leadership presence, and decision-making ability
Communication
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships at all levels
Strong presentation skills with clients, teams, and ownership groups
