Visual Engine Role At GigaBrands
You are the visual engine of the Pod. Every image you create is the first thing a customer sees — and it directly determines whether they click and buy. At GigaBrands, great design isn't decoration. It's a performance lever.
You'll collaborate daily with an Account Manager and Brand Manager to produce Amazon creative assets — listing images, A+ Content, Premium A+, Brand Story, and Storefront — at the highest quality and at speed. Your work moves CTR and CVR numbers. That's what we measure. That's what matters.
You report to the Brand Manager. The Account Manager coordinates your daily workload, assigns tasks via ClickUp, and provides creative briefs. Your role is to deliver outstanding creative output efficiently and proactively.
Core Creative Output
Create all listing images, A+ Content, Premium A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefront assets
Standard deliverable per listing: 7 images for the PDP and 5 images for A+ Content
Always produce both mobile and desktop versions for every deliverable
Use AI tools throughout — but every image must look natural, brand-accurate, and trustworthy
Ensure product accuracy and consistency across all images in every set
Never use unlicensed stock assets — verify licensing on everything
Image Workflow & Brief Execution
Review the creative brief in full before starting — research the product, competitors, and keywords independently to fill any gaps
Gather color palette and font details from the brief; reference client website or social media for style direction
Use the Listing Optimization AI tool to generate multiple creative options — the best version goes to the client
Submit completed images in Figma to the AM for review
Proactively request the creative brief from the AM if it is missing or incomplete — don't wait
Seller Central — Drafts Only
Create and preview A+ Content, Premium A+ Content, and Brand Story drafts in Seller Central
Save all projects as DRAFT only — the AM handles all uploads and submissions to live ASINs
The GD role ends at client approval — no exceptions
File Management & Organization
Save all editable source files (Figma, layered files) and final exports to the correct client folders
Follow the Internal and External Final folder naming convention confirmed with the AM
If you are unavailable, another team member must be able to pick up and complete any work immediately
Build listing optimization templates to reduce time per project and increase output volume
ClickUp & Time Tracking
Set a time estimate, start date, and end date on every task — start and stop time tracking daily
Revision tasks take priority over new tasks every single day — action them first
Every Friday: confirm a minimum of 8 hours of work is queued for the following week; flag to AM or BM immediately if not
Keep ClickUp capacity data accurate — this is how workload is planned and output is measured
AI & Automation
Use AI tools throughout the design process — maximize the Listing Optimization AI tool on every project
Build templates and repeatable workflows to reduce time estimates and increase image volume
Identify and suggest at least one new automation or workflow improvement per quarter
Every AI-generated image must look natural and brand-accurate before submission — no artificial-looking output
Design Standards & Ongoing Excellence
Stay current with Amazon design best practices, creative trends, and platform guidelines
Research and analyze competitor designs and design trends relevant to current clients weekly
Share design insights, case studies, and performance data in Pod meetings
Review previous client assets before starting any new project to maintain brand consistency
