Director, Pricing and Analytics - Cash & Deposit Products

Job Title

As part of the Pricing and Analytics team within Banking and Cash Solutions, you will direct product pricing, ongoing rate-setting, data modeling, product analysis, and ad hoc reporting for Cash and Deposit products.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years' relevant experience
3+ years; experience in pricing and business analysis for Cash and Deposit products
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years leading staff in pricing and analytical roles
Proven analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills, especially strong financial product modeling skills
Ability to use data storytelling to design executive level communications from analysis results to meet stakeholder needs
Excellent computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and data analysis languages such as SQL and Python
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with key business leaders/partners throughout the organization to drive results
Ability to adapt complexity of analysis for self and staff to fit required timelines
Additional data software or programming languages
Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other Artificial Intelligence tools

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $122,400 - $168,300 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
