About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead a team of Account Executives in the commercial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating the team to achieve individual sales quotas, with a focus on existing customers within the designated vertical or geography. This role requires a strong sales leader who can measure, monitor, and hold the team accountable for their activities and results. The Regional Vice President will also be involved in making account calls, monitoring account health, and maintaining the company's value within accounts. Coaching and mentoring the team, as well as leading by example, are essential aspects of the position.
Candidates for the Regional Vice President role should have a minimum of 3 years' of sales team management experience within software sales and at least 8 years' of prior experience in a quota-carrying sales role. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, developing and maintaining business and sales plans, and negotiating complex deals is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in e-signature, agreement, or document solutions and experience in various industries and territories. The role demands a leader with the capacity to work on cross-functional projects, a willingness to travel, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
