The Talent Marketing team brings a leading, innovation-driven financial services brand to life by showcasing real employee experiences and connecting them to a compelling employer value proposition. As a Content Writer, you will help shape how we tell these stories—highlighting a people-first culture rooted in technology, growth, and impact.

In this role, you will create engaging long- and short-form content that amplifies the talent brand across digital channels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to research, interview, write, and edit authentic associate stories that reflect a modern, tech-forward workplace. You will also ensure all content aligns with AP style, brand guidelines, and editorial standards.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Talent Marketing and internal teams to develop people-focused content through associate and subject matter expert interviews

Produce high-quality content, including long-form articles and short-form copy for social, email, and career platforms

Tailor messaging for different channels and stages of the candidate journey, leveraging SEO best practices to drive discoverability

Manage content from draft through publication, coordinating with legal, brand, and talent stakeholdersMaintain a consistent voice that reflects a bold, human, and forward-thinking brand identity

Research industry trends and competitive landscapes to evolve storytelling strategies

Contribute fresh ideas to elevate how associate stories and workplace culture are showcased

Versatile writer who can shift seamlessly between long-form narratives and concise digital content

Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative and able to balance audience needs with business objectives

Skilled at simplifying complex or technical topics into approachable, human-centered stories

Strong communicator who works effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience

At least 1 year of experience in content writing, copywriting, journalism, or communications

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field

2+ years of experience in long-form writing

Experience writing with SEO in mind

Background in financial services or other highly regulated, digitally driven industries
