Copywriter / Content Writer (Entry Level)

B&P Advertising, Media and Public Relations is looking for a curious, motivated writer to join our creative team. This is an entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who loves writing, asking questions, and learning how brands connect with audiences. You'll work alongside experienced creative directors, art directors, and account teams to develop content for a wide range of clients, including healthcare, education, tourism, and other industries that make a real impact in our community. You don't need agency experience to succeed here. We're more interested in strong writing skills, curiosity, work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Please note this is an onsite position.
What You'll Do
Write website copy, landing pages, blogs, emails, and social media content
Assist in developing advertising campaigns and creative concepts
Conduct research and interview clients or subject matter experts
Adapt your writing style to fit different brands and audiences
Use AI tools responsibly to support research and content development
Contribute to creative discussions
Support in proofreading and quality assurance
Qualifications
Strong writing and editing skills
Excellent grammar and attention to detail
Critical thinking, curiosity and a desire to learn
Ability to organize information and tell a compelling story
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable receiving feedback and revising work
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
