About The Job
Midwest Systems & Services, Inc. is hiring a motivated B2B AV Sales Representative in Louisville, Kentucky. We provide audio visual and low‑voltage solutions for commercial clients.

About The Opportunity
In this role you will work directly with business clients to design, present, and sell high‑quality AV and low‑voltage solutions for their operations.

Compensation

Base salary plus uncapped commission plan with no earnings ceiling

Travel and cell phone allowance

Vacation and holiday pay

Responsibilities

Prospect and close new B2B accounts

Present, sell, and upsell AV/low‑voltage solutions

Manage your pipeline and meet sales targets

Strengthen relationships with existing clients

Represent the company professionally in the field

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales experience in AV or low‑voltage systems

Knowledge of sound, paging, intercom, CCTV, security and alarm systems

Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong negotiation and closing abilities

Self‑motivated, organized and deadline‑driven

Valid driver’s license
