Produce, write, and edit content in both languages across broadcast, digital, and social platforms
Line-produce newscasts or content streams, building rundowns and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish
Collaborate with assignment desk, reporters, anchors, managers, and digital teams to plan and deliver daily coverage
Write clear, accurate, and engaging scripts, headlines, and copy that connect with multilingual audiences
Translate and adapt content to maintain accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance
Contribute story ideas and participate in editorial meetings, helping shape coverage decisions
Monitor breaking news and adjust rundowns and scripts in real time, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations
Edit video and incorporate graphics to enhance storytelling across platforms
Maintain strong awareness of local and national news, with a deep understanding of the Philadelphia market
Ensure all content meets journalistic standards for accuracy, fairness, and credibility

Must be bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish , with strong written and verbal communication skills in both
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Proven ability to write, edit, and produce content under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and editorial standards
Willingness to join AFTRA as this position may be covered by the AFTRA collective bargaining agreement
Experience line-producing newscasts
Experience editing content on a desktop editing system
Ability to make priority decisions under a deadline
Strong ability to deliver news as it is developing on all platforms
Team player mentality

This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
