What You’ll Do

Operate anchor trucks, digger derricks, or hydraulic equipment

Install pole anchors and guy wires based on engineering specifications

Assist with load setup and site preparation

Ensure equipment is operated safely and within regulations

Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance

Support crews with material handling and safety spotting

Communicate with the team to align on anchor placement

Report site conditions or hazards to supervisor

Travel to various job sites as needed

Participate in safety and equipment training programs

What You’ll Need

Be at least 18 years of age

Authorized to work in the United States for this company

High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience

Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with an acceptable record

Experience operating telecom or utility equipment preferred

Ability to read blueprints or staking sheets

Basic knowledge of soil types and how they affect anchor depth and installation requirements

Physical Demands & Exposures

Routinely: lift 26–55 pounds, repetitive hand movements, stand, walk, operate heavy machinery and vehicles

Occasionally: lift over 75 pounds, bend or stoop repetitively, work alone in remote locations, work with arms above shoulder level
