Job Overview
The Effects Coordinator leads planning and coordination to develop behavioral influence strategies. This includes synthesizing client goals with existing capabilities and providing actionable recommendations for capability employment and expansion to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce risk.
Responsibilities
Ensure assessment strategies are appropriate and incorporated into operational planning.
Synchronize internet‑based operations to achieve overarching operational and strategic impact.
Coordinate guidance, authorities, objectives, priorities, mission area analysis, assessment data, and program capabilities.
Liaise with other organizations to coordinate and prioritize authorities, permissions, and support for current and future operations.
Provide reports summarizing team efforts and strategies.
Serve as the subject matter expert on program capabilities, authorities, applications, best practices, and procedures for leaders, staff, components, other organizations, subordinate commands, allied and partner nations, and interagency entities, ensuring coordination, synchronization, and deconfliction of efforts.
Qualifications
7+ years of related experience in the product development process and tactical and operational integration in support of military operations at the brigade level or higher.
Demonstrated experience with Target Audience Analysis.
Demonstrated experience with SERIES development.
Demonstrated experience conducting briefings.
Multiple tactical‑level deployments (preferred).
Education
Bachelor's Degree; relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu.
Completion of PSYOP qualification course.
Completion of Joint IO Planning or IO Integration courses.
Security Clearance
DoW TS/SCI clearance required.
