Primary Job Duties
Deliver a daily
ightly guest list of preferred clientele on specified days.
Follow and execute the weekly schedule day
ight.
Interact, entertain, and provide guests with information in a professional, cordial, and exemplary manner while recognizing and cultivating regulars.
Respond to all guest inquiries and requests.
Drive business through booking guest lists and table reservations.
Execute weekly guest list goals.
Ensure guests are aware of events and support their execution.
Maintain social platforms as indicated by management—post events, communications, and participate in marketing campaigns via social media.
Use personal device/cellular phone for job‑related operational tasks, including reviewing company documents.
Perform other job‑related duties as requested.
Meet and greet guests and expedite them into the venue.
Focus on establishing contacts, building a network, and growing the database.
Daily promotional outreach to drive general admission to the venue.
Qualifications
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Effective communication skills in English.
Polished appearance and demeanor.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong understanding and adherence to company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Preferred: Prior experience in a day club or nightclub.
Preferred: Prior experience in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience
Must be 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of previous experience as a promoter in a similar or related field.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Prolonged sitting and standing.
Bending and reaching.
Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and maneuvering items weighing up to 10 lbs.
Eye/hand coordination.
Ability to comply with policies and procedures, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS), and other instructions.

Address safety concerns and correct or report them promptly.
Notify the appropriate department if they sense a security concern.
Pick up trash on the floor and report more extensive clean‑up needs.
Assist guests with a smile and notify the appropriate department if greater assistance is required.
