The Dane Foundation is seeking volunteer video crew members for our documentary/docuseries and live broadcast productions during competition week July 13–19, 2026 in the greater area.

Documentary Film Crew
July 13–19 | Most days 10am–9:30pm

2–4 Camera Operators – follow live action throughout the week (at least one female needed for dressing room access)

1 Production Assistant – film downloads, equipment support, and film logging

Live Broadcast / Streaming Crew
Three-camera live show production

Thursday, July 16 | 2pm–9pm – Show run-through

Friday, July 17 | 5pm–10pm – Live show at 7:30pm

Saturday, July 18 | 5pm–11pm – Live show at 7:30pm

1 Director/Switcher

2 Camera Operators – in-theatre live show

1 Camera Operator – Red Carpet Show & Backstage Live Show

1 Producer/Assistant – Red Carpet Show & Backstage Live Show

Sunday, July 19 | 10am–3pm

1 Camera Operator – Morning After wrap-up show & new titleholder meeting

1 Assistant – footage wrap-up, logging, and copying to master drives
