Thomas Oilfield Services is seeking Industrial Painters in Carthage, TX to support its oilfield equipment division. This full-time role focuses on prepping and painting tanks, frames, and other gear using spray guns and manual tools. It’s an ideal opportunity for experienced oilfield laborers who enjoy hands-on work and outdoor conditions. Strong physical ability and attention to detail are key to success in this role.

What you’ll need:

Experience painting metal structures or oilfield equipment
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in variable weather
Willingness to work rotational shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
Pre-employment drug test, background check, and MVR clearance
Forklift operator experience

Strong attention to surface preparation and finish quality
Ability to work independently in outdoor environments
Prior experience with pneumatic paint equipment
