What You’ll Need

3+ years industrial painting experience (oil & gas, manufacturing, heavy equipment, etc.)

Strong knowledge of industrial coating systems and prep methods

Ability to read work orders and technical specifications

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Safety-focused mindset

Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear PPE

What Will Make You Stand Out

Experience with natural gas compression equipment

Familiarity with NACE/AMPP coating inspection practices

Forklift or crane experience

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
