3+ years of industrial painting experience

Familiarity with coating systems and prep methods

Ability to read technical specs and work orders

Strong safety mindset and communication skills

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work with PPE

What will make you stand out:

Experience with natural gas compression equipment

Familiarity with NACE/AMPP inspection practices

Forklift or crane operation experience

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
