Thomas Oilfield Services is seeking Painters to join their team in Midland, Texas. These individuals will be responsible for painting a variety of oil and gas equipment using pneumatic paint/spray guns. The ideal candidates are experienced in oilfield environments, able to handle physical demands, and committed to quality workmanship.

What You’ll Need

Able to work rotational schedules including OT, weekends, nights and holidays
Requires repeated heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs. and working outside in variable weather conditions
Able to successfully complete all required pre-hire tests and verifications including pre-employment drug testing, criminal background check, and MVR review
Previous oilfield experience
Forklift operator experience
Ability to continuously stand & walk
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Frequently push & pull
Occasionally bend & stoop
Requires repeated heavy lifting of up to 75 lbs
Working outside in variable weather conditions including heat, humidity, cold & wind
