Production Technician

PayComplete is seeking a hands‑on Production Technician to support testing, troubleshooting, and preparation of products within our production facility.

Key Responsibilities

Test and prepare products per defined procedures

Minor assembly or kittinng

Inspect customer returns, perform fault analysis, and report quality issues

Execute tests on new products, identify failure modes, and suggest improvements

Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials

Work with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues

Submit support tickets as needed

Perform light assembly and production support tasks

Manage tasks independently and maintain documentation

Qualifications

1–3 years technician or related experience

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Basic computer proficiency

High school diploma or GED

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred or required depending on the site need
