Essential Job Requirements
Must be 18 years of age
Ability to read, write, follow instructions, and perform basic math
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to use measuring devices such as tape measures, speed squares, and framing squares
Willingness to learn tools including grinders, saws, routers, and sanders
Must be capable of safely handling chemicals and solvents
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong safety awareness and commitment
Due to the nature of our work, U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) is required

Preferred Qualifications
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED

Manufacturing or Construction Experience Preferred
Carpentry
Painting
Mechanics
Home finishing

Knowledge of
Carbon fiber
Fiberglass
Resin infusion
Vacuum bagging
Mold making
Forklift experience a plus
