Job Description

Eligibility Requirements
Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program

Current class standing of sophomore or above

Strong academic record

Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program

Access to housing and transportation to/from the internship site

Must be able to work on-site in New York, NY

Selection Process
Selected students must demonstrate knowledge of the company and sports media industry

Fall 2026 Program

Acceptance requires an unofficial transcript or adviser/registrar letter showing proof of enrollment. Area of placement may include (but is not limited to): OutKick (FOX News Media) and FS1 Original Programming (FOX Sports).

Schedule and Requirements

General Application Deadline: Sunday, July 5, 2026
Program Timeline: September 14, 2026 – November 20, 2026
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 16–24 hours per week
Note: Schedules vary based on department needs and student availability; we strive to accommodate class schedules.

Standout Qualifications
Knowledge of current FOX Sports & OutKick programming and talent

Professional demeanor when interfacing with talent and executives

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Team-oriented and collaborative attitude

Self-starter with proactive nature

Software/technical skills relevant to placement (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, iNews, Avid, FinalCut Pro, Dalet)

Knowledge of and passion for a variety of sports

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate for this role is $20.00 per hour, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location.
