Position Summary
Air Marketing Coordinators develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote Pafford Air One (PAO) services. The role of a marketing leader will encompass creative, analytical, digital, communication, commercial and administrative responsibilities. Marketing Coordinators aim to maximize profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services, or ideas. The PAO Marketing Coordinators will work with the PAO team to promote and educate the PAO mission, vision, values, promise, patient care, and services to our community healthcare providers, municipalities, and social media audience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer service approach, and a consistently positive attitude
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding marketing goals and performance objectives
Possesses the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
Collaborates with management to develop, prepare, and implement strategic marketing plans for assigned markets
Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, and operational standards
Identifies and reports behaviors or activities that may pose risks to personnel, equipment, or operations
Training & Safety Leadership
Conducts employee training on air safety procedures, operational processes, and landing zone (LZ) classes
Delivers clear instruction and training programs to support team readiness and compliance
Marketing & Strategy Execution
Plans, develops, and oversees marketing campaigns from concept through execution
Conducts market research and data analysis to identify trends and define strategic direction
Develops and presents innovative marketing ideas and strategies to stakeholders
Leads collaborative promotional efforts and public relations initiatives
Writes, edits, and proofreads marketing copy, including social media content
Operations & Coordination
Maintains and updates websites and social media platforms; monitors performance analytics
Compiles and distributes financial, marketing, and statistical reports
Organizes events, outreach initiatives, and product/service exhibitions
Coordinates marketing meetings, events, and cross‑functional activities
Tracks marketing efforts, tools, and performance metrics to ensure effectiveness
Monitors and manages personal performance to consistently meet organizational goals
Sales, Marketing & Client Engagement
Collaborate with experienced marketing leadership within the organization to align strategies and drive results
Results‑driven with a strong sense of urgency in all communications and follow‑up
Adheres to marketing budgets and all financial/expense processes and procedures
Delivers superior customer service by ensuring timely, accurate, and accessible information for clients
Demonstrates persistence in sales efforts, maintaining focus and professionalism despite challenges
Present and demonstrates services as needed to clients, healthcare partners, and leadership
Schedules and coordinates client meetings, appointments, and outreach efforts
Responds to inquiries from healthcare partners with accuracy and professionalism
Shares marketing knowledge and resources with team members using centralized tools (e.g., Google Drive)
Strategic Growth & Market Development
Identifies and develops new customer segments through research and targeted outreach strategies
Creates and executes plans to acquire and retain clients based on service value and performance
Analyzes target markets and develops engagement strategies to increase reach and impact
Evaluates competitors and adjusts marketing approaches to maintain a competitive advantage
Adapts marketing strategies to remain effective in changing or down‑market conditions
Develops compelling promotional messaging tailored to target audiences
Training, Events & Field Operations
Trains team members on marketing strategies and best practices during active shifts
Represents the organization at trade shows, events, and community outreach initiatives, including booth setup and service demonstrations
Maintains a strong focus on achieving monthly quotas, metrics, and performance goals
Demonstrates excellent time management and consistently meets deadlines
Builds and maintains positive relationships with colleagues, EMS partners, healthcare providers, facilities, and the public
Work Structure & Expectations
Conducts regular in‑field customer visits (approximately four days per week) with one day dedicated to remote organization, follow‑up, and digital engagement
Performs additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals
Qualifications & Skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
Demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience creating marketing materials using Canva
Background in marketing and/or sales, with an understanding of customer engagement and brand promotion

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
Frequent use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and filing cabinets
Manual dexterity required for data entry and document handling
