Purpose of the Job
As Director / Sr Director / VP - Business Development you will be responsible for driving Doceree's supply-side growth strategy by identifying, developing, and securing strategic partnerships across the programmatic ecosystem. This is a highly commercial role focused on building relationships with SSPs, exchanges, and supply-side technology partners that expand Doceree's access to healthcare audiences across emerging channels including CTV, video, audio, display, and DOOH.

You will own the partnership lifecycle end-to-end from prospecting through negotiating and contracting, and long-term partnership growth, helping shape Doceree's supply strategy and unlock new opportunities for scale, innovation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand Doceree's global supply partnerships and channel capabilities.

Identify, prospect, and engage prospective SSPs, exchanges, and supply-side technology partners aligned with Doceree's growth objectives.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities across CTV, video, audio, display, DOOH, and other emerging channels.

Lead the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and relationship development through commercial negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing partnership management.

Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that create long-term strategic value for both Doceree and its partners.

Collaborate with Technical Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to evaluate partnership opportunities, support integrations, and drive successful GTM execution.

Track and report on partnership pipeline, performance, and strategic growth initiatives.

Represent Doceree at industry events, conferences, and executive-level partner meetings.

Qualifications - Experience, Skills & Education

7+ years of experience in Business Development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership within AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital media.

Proven track record of sourcing, developing, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships.

Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising system, including SSPs, exchanges, identity solutions, and omnichannel media environments.

Experience building relationships and negotiating commercial agreements with senior stakeholders across the supply-side ecosystem.

Strong network of contacts across SSPs and programmatic technology partners.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales and partnership cycles from prospecting through execution.

Highly consultative, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented approach to business development.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences is beneficial but not required.
