CALPAK is looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Sr. Performance Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day paid media operations across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. This role will focus on campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and performance monitoring to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing and will play a key part in ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, tracked properly, and continuously optimized through ongoing testing and iteration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets is required, along with a strong attention to detail and interest in performance marketing and creative execution.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end campaign setup and trafficking across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, and other platforms (including ad setup, naming conventions, UTM tracking, and QA)

Manage creative uploads, flighting, and asset organization across platforms

Support development and execution of creative briefs and ensure assets are delivered on time and meet platform requirements

Pull and compile weekly performance reports across channels, highlighting key metrics and trends

Monitor campaign pacing daily and flag any performance or delivery issues

Support budget tracking, spend pacing, and basic forecasting updates

Assist with implementation and QA of tracking (pixels, conversion events, feeds) and vendor onboarding

Maintain and update reporting dashboards and internal trackers

Manage monthly invoice tracking and reconciliation

Identify basic performance trends and flag optimization opportunities to the team

Partner with internal teams (creative, brand, retention) to ensure alignment on campaign execution and timelines

Maintain testing trackers and ensure new creative and campaign variations are launched on schedule

Support Affiliate channel growth, including publisher evaluation, partner optimization, and newsletter sendouts

Provide any additional support as needed

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant paid marketing experience

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (data organization, basic analysis)

Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Ability to follow processes while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiency

Proven track record of quickly diagnosing performance issues and adjusting tactics in real time

Expertise in creative from conception to analytic results that can help drive ad performance

Proactive problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and/or elevate issues effectively

Proven success in working cross-functionally with all levels and effectively communicating/presenting

Detail-oriented, "can do" attitude, and passionate about growth in a fast-paced environment

A highly collaborative, driven, and team-oriented individual who is comfortable with new situations and highly iterative projects

DTC / in-house, and/or fashion and apparel experience is a plus

Must be able to commute to CALPAK HQ in Gardena, CA
