Fox TV Stations FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (NewYork, LosAngeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.
Job Description

The content generation team at FOX26 is re‑imagining how local news is gathered, presented and disseminated across multiple platforms, with a keen emphasis on streaming and CTV. We no longer wait for appointed times to deliver content. We’re a 24/7 live, happening‑now and authentic streaming‑first news organization. In this role, you’ll anchor weekend streaming hours and, during the week, report across multiple platforms and fill in behind the desk as needed.
Responsibilities

Anchor weekend streaming hours.
Report across multiple platforms during the week and fill in behind the desk as needed.
Deliver content authentically, without teleprompters, focusing on live streaming, website and social platforms.
Utilize video, text, graphics, and music in storytelling.
Create content that can be repurposed for linear TV.
Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as an anchor and reporter in a professional news operation.
Experience hosting unscripted, live news streaming programs is preferred.
Strong digital‑first mindset and ability to deliver content throughout the day.
Experience creating social footprints on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Willingness to work non‑traditional hours, including early morning, late‑night, weekends and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $110,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on education, skills, experience and location. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, insurance, 401(k), paid time off and other benefits. Union representation benefits as per agreement.
