Description

ESC has an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist to support our premier ecommerce client's growing marketplace operations. The Marketplace Specialist assists with core functions in operating, maintaining and growing an e-commerce marketplace, including reviewing product content, seller onboarding and support, and troubleshooting. The role is

temporary with potential to convert to permanent, working hybrid (onsite M-R) in Menomonee Falls, WI.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

SELLER SUPPORT
Help manage the company's marketplace platform (Mirakl) for resolving errors, accepting items, and product upload errors
Act as the gatekeeper for potential products to be sold on the ecommerce site.
INTERNAL SUPPORT

Work with internal teams to setup approved products for sale on the ecommerce site
Work with cross-functional teams to execute improvements to grow and improve user experience
Assist with the return process for marketplace orders
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Experience in digital, merchandising, or other relevant experience
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong editorial skills
Problem solver with an analytical approach
Great interpersonal skills
PREFERRED

Bachelor's Degree
Experienced in e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
