Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative

Assist in the organizing of in-person appointments or events depending on client needs

Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill

Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials.

Responsible for top-level customer service, account explanations, client relations, and customer upgrade options

Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company sales goals

Support the marketing work of Verizon Sales and Customer Service team members

The Verizon Sales and Customer Service position is entry-level and full-time. Someone in the Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative role must be comfortable working in person with customers directly, in a team setting, as well as working independently.
