About Our Agency
Our agency opened in 2026, and we’re excited to be building a team from the ground up. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career in corporate America, working in technology and analytical roles within the airline industry. While I enjoyed the work, I always had a goal of owning my own business and building something of my own while helping people along the way.
I earned my MBA from Vanderbilt University and have been fortunate to travel extensively around the world. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and riding motorcycles whenever I get the chance.
As a new agency, we’re creating a culture where people enjoy coming to work, feel supported, and have opportunities to grow. I’m a laid‑back leader who believes in providing the tools, training, and processes needed for success without micromanaging. My goal is to help team members develop professionally while creating an environment built on trust, accountability, and mutual respect.

Role Description
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Venkataraman Viswanathan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
