TECHNICAL MEDIA PRODUCER (PRIMARY) - KSLA

Job Summary
The Technical Media Producer (TMP) will provide direct support for automated live newscasts and automated commercial insertion systems across four different networks provided to over-the-air broadcasts.

Responsibilities

Familiar with Ross Overdrive newscast automation

Familiar with commercial automation systems (Digital Broadcast in use here)

Familiar with EAS operations logging and FCC compliance, as well as monitoring/management of commercial logs

Available to work weekends and/or fill in for vacations as requested by the TMP Supervisor

Qualifications

The applicant should have live newscast experience as well as master control commercial automation experience.

Great communication skills and problem‑solving abilities under pressure. Ability to read/write/communicate in Spanish is a plus.

Experience with vendor systems: AP ENPS, Ross Overdrive, Digital Broadcast, VizRT, BitCentral, and remote camera systems.
