Account Executive – Development

Role: Partner with clients to drive revenue using Broadcast + Digital Marketing products.

What You'll Do

Learn our products and identify new business opportunities.

Develop in‑person meetings, research, daily cold‑calling, and cultivate existing business.

Collaborate with internal partners to create marketing campaigns and deliver sales presentations.

Produce data‑driven storytelling to satisfy client expectations.

What You'll Need

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, expert negotiator.

Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Cold‑calling experience and comfort with outreach.

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).

Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.

Strong problem‑solving skills to grow business.

Digital/Media sales experience is a plus.

Ability to prioritize and organize day‑to‑day activities.

Experience managing multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, or audio advertising is a plus.

Compensation
Salary: $38,400 – $48,000 plus commission and uncapped commission opportunities.
