Staff Brand Designer

As the senior in-house craft leader for Docker's brand, the full-time Staff Brand Designer will manage the visual system across all marketing surfaces, own the design of docker.com, and lead the marketing design system while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:

Steward Docker's visual system and ensure consistent brand representation across marketing and product surfaces
Own the end-to-end design of docker.com, including information architecture and visual treatment for both desktop and mobile
Lead the marketing design system in Figma, collaborating with product design to maintain brand coherence across all developer touchpoints

Required qualifications:

8+ years of design experience in brand, visual, and web, preferably for SaaS or developer tools
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, illustration, web design, and motion work
Experience collaborating with external creative partners and evaluating deliverables as a senior designer
Demonstrated fluency with generative AI in creative workflows and the ability to articulate its application in design
