Courtroom Presentation Specialist

As a Courtroom Presentation Specialist for CGS, you will provide litigation support services to clients, working with the trial team, including expert witnesses, to develop and execute plans for trial or hearings using courtroom presentation systems such as Trial Director and Sanction. Your responsibilities include developing simple graphic images and exhibits, advising attorneys on exhibit effectiveness, ensuring the smooth operation of the presentation system in the courtroom, synchronizing clips with written transcripts, and coordinating internal efforts to conduct trials remotely or virtually.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Develop simple graphic images or exhibits using standard off‑the-shelf software packages
Advise attorneys on the effectiveness of exhibits or sequences of exhibits
Ensure the smooth operation of the presentation system in the courtroom
Synchronize clips with written transcripts
Coordinate internal efforts to conduct trials remotely or virtually
Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Extensive trial experience required
Excellent oral communication skills
Willingness to travel to support out-of-town trial needs
