Contract Management Specialist

Your Tasks

In the contract management area, we are responsible for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) for all Publicis Media contracts concluded with partners. The range includes contracts with marketers, data, tech, and tool providers as well as global framework contracts with our customers.
In this role, the full range of contract management from legal review to contract negotiation to contract conclusion is in your responsibility.
Your tasks include designing individual contracts in close coordination with the specialist departments, fully mapping the services, and above all evaluating and limiting the risks for the agencies.
It is required to break down complex issues into individual subject areas and discuss them with the internal teams to reach a conclusion.
Qualifications

We are looking for:
At least 2 years of professional experience in a legal profession, preferably with a focus on contract management or media law (1st state examination/full lawyer/Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)/business lawyer/corporate lawyer).
Good legal knowledge, especially in contract law, and experience in contract review and negotiation.
Ideally, you have legal experience in the entire DACH market as well as in the media environment.
You want to gain further experience in the exciting and complex media business to actively incorporate this knowledge into contract design.
You have professional Word skills.
You have a quick understanding and high accuracy.
You are communicative, friendly, and a team player.
You have very good (contract) English skills.
You keep a clear head even in hectic times and most importantly: your sense of humor!
