As an Apprentice Painter , you’ll assist in preparing surfaces and applying various painting techniques to deliver a high-quality final product. This role offers hands‑on training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Job Duties

Prep surfaces and materials for painting

Apply paint using the appropriate techniques and tools

Follow detailed instructions and company standards

Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times

Provide exceptional service to clients

Ensure all work meets company quality expectations

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred

At least 2 years of experience in painting (apprenticeship or on-the-job)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to safely climb and carry ladders

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Strong attention to detail and time management

Ability to follow directions and work both independently and in a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills
