Senior Graphic Designer
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading creative strategy and executing the visual identity of the organization, ensuring cohesive, innovative, and impactful branding across all global communications. This role partners closely with cross-functional departments to conceptualize, design, and implement compelling visual assets and UI/UX solutions that elevate the brand experience across digital platforms, donor optimization workflows, and physical environments.
As a creative leader, this role drives high-level design execution while maintaining brand integrity across international campaigns, emergency relief appeals, major events, and internal initiatives. Additionally, the Senior Graphic Designer provides mentorship to junior team members, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous growth within the design team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
8-10+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in non-profit or faith-driven environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign development, digital and print design, visual storytelling, UI/UX
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and lnDesign, familiarity with Figma and After Effects is a plus.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, production processes, and digital design best practices.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
