Senior Creative Strategist (m/w/d)

Job Title

In our central E-Commerce team, we support several brands—our largest is Wolfsblut, and your focus will be on it. We grow with real direct-response marketing—VSLs and long-form funnels on Meta. We write what converts. Alone behind Wolfsblut stands over 1.8 million euros of Meta spend per year.
Every creative you write goes directly into real budget—no pitch deck that ends up in the drawer. Your hooks decide whether we scale or not.
We are looking for someone who can do both: think strategically and write themselves. This is not a coordination role. You are the creative mind behind our ads—from the first briefing to the performance analysis. Nobody tells you what to write in your scripts.
VSL concepts and scripts—you write them yourself, for Meta and YouTube
The creative pipeline—from the hook to the briefing to the test-learning
Briefings that editors and UGC creators implement on their own—briefings that work without you in the room
The testing process—you plan creative rotations and build a structured test system
The performance loop—you read the Ads Manager, derive hypotheses, and brief the next iteration
What You Bring

Minimum 3–4 years in performance creative / DR copywriting—ideally in DTC E-Commerce
Proven results with Meta video ads (VSLs, UGC-style, hook-testing)—you have already built converting ads, not just concepts
You write copy with voice—like a letter to a good friend, not like a leaflet
Understanding of consumer psychology, hooks, storytelling structures (PAS, DIC, before/after, etc.)
Very good German
Drive. You don’t wait for approvals. You don’t need someone to tell you what to do next.
