The purpose of this position is to help bring God's children unto Jesus Christ by increasing understanding of His Church and its divinely appointed responsibilities of assisting in gathering Israel on both sides of the veil and preparing the world for the Second Coming of the Savior. This position will assist producing materials and messages that invite all God's children to follow Jesus Christ. Lead powerful live productions to touch hearts, minds, and spirits. The Associate Producer will assist producing materials and messages and leads powerful live and recorded productions to touch hearts, minds and spirits. Partner to find, create, and lead solutions that meet the divinely appointed responsibilities of the Church delivered via live events and/or broadcasts. Foster an environment of trust and unity and build upon each other's strengths and ideas to manage and provide compelling products and develop clear and timely communication. This position provides trusted creative vision, robust project management, persuasive leadership, and world-class expertise to create compelling and influential deliverables.
Responsibilities

Are you a highly organized, creative production professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments? We are seeking an Associate Producer assist in delivering broadcast, live event and video projects from concept through completion. This person will assist with the planning, design, development, and production. Research information and obtain materials necessary for production. Assist producers with content, production and cost/benefit decisions for projects. Independently carry out parts of projects. Produce special/minor projects. Organize scripts, presentations, and special introductions. Assist and oversee post-production of final product. Performs IP checks and other administrative tasks designated by the producer.
You will help the producer guide production planning, documentation, approvals, contingency strategies, intellectual property requirements, vendor partnerships, deliverables, and final asset archiving.
You will also assist the producer shape project direction, provide creative consultation, and bring ideas to life by collaborating with talented teams and trusted partners.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust quickly. Good communication skills are a must. There will be a lot of coordinating with all the areas of the world and their local production teams. You will work closely with Resource Managers and Production Coordinators/Schedulers to assemble the right teams, including internal talent, service partners, and vendors, to deliver outstanding results.
Using Workfront and other reporting tools, you will monitor project health, proactively communicate timelines and risks, and ensure stakeholders remain informed and confident throughout the process.
Beyond delivering projects, you will play an important role in strengthening our production community by participating in communities of practice, professional development efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:
Education:
Bachelor's degree. Preferably in a related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum of two - three years' experience working in theatrical, broadcast and events production or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstratable Skills and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in using project management software and tools.
Collaborate with and communicate clearly to stakeholders.
Show an understanding of technical and production workflows.
Industry expertise in best practices and available communication technologies. Passion for high levels of customer service. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
